The Role
You’ll handle a variety of tasks to keep the day running smoothly:
- Greeting & Hosting: Being the first point of contact for guests with a professional and friendly approach.
- Managing Orders: Taking requests accurately and ensuring customers get exactly what they need.
- Service Flow: Managing bookings, handling payments, and coordinating with the rest of the team.
- Store Standards: Keeping the front area clean, organized, and ready for guests.
