What Your Shift Could Look Like
- Greeting visitors and guests with a warm, professional welcome
- Answering phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries
- Checking in visitors and directing them to the right person or place
- Managing bookings, appointments and the front desk diary
- Handling payments, receipts and basic administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception and waiting areas tidy and presentable
- Receiving deliveries and passing messages to the right team members
- Supporting teammates during busy periods
- Following procedures for safety, security and visitor management
