Job Overview
Vision Square is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to support requirements gathering, process analysis, ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes and ServiceNow requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into actionable requirements for ServiceNow development teams.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Support ServiceNow workflows, enhancements, integrations, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate and support UAT, test planning, defect tracking, and validation.
- Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Track requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and State of Florida standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on ServiceNow Business Analyst/Functional experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, processes, and modules.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and system implementation projects.
- State Government/Public Sector experience strongly preferred/required based on client requirements.
