- Knowledge in implementing complex business rules, workflows, and policies.
- Ability to develop and integrate integration points with other Oracle EPM and ERP systems.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement automated data import and export processes.
- Experience in defining effective data management concepts and their alignment with financial and reporting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- DRM – Data Modeling & Hierarchy Management: Design, develop, and maintain data models, hierarchies, and metadata structures within Oracle DRM.
- Data Governance: Implement and manage data governance processes and business rules to enforce data standards and ensure data integrity.
- System Integration: Integrate Oracle DRM with other enterprise systems, such as Hyperion, BI tools, and data warehouses, for seamless data flow.
- Rule Development: Create data models, data mapping, and creating and managing complex hierarchies, building rules to create validation rules, automate processes, and develop scripts for data loading, extraction, and transformation.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (like VBScript or Python) for automation and data integration.
- Data Transformation: Develop, implement, and maintain data mappings, transformations, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Automation: Develop automation scripts for data loading, extraction, and transformation to streamline processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the DRM system for performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system design and implementation requirements.
- EDMCS – Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into EDMCS configurations.
- EDMCS – Configuration & Implementation: Develop EDMCS structures, including applications, viewpoints, and nodes, to meet data management requirements.
- EDMCS – Data Governance & Synchronization: Design and implement data management processes, workflows, and hierarchies.
- EDMCS – Integration: Integrate EDMCS and other Oracle EPM/ERP systems (i.e., EPBCS, FCCS, Oracle ERP Cloud) to automate data management and streamline processes.
- EDMCS – Data Quality: Establish and manage data quality rules, validations, and controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Metadata Management: Maintain metadata life-cycle using derived properties, node type converters, and conditional subscriptions.
- Change Management: Manage and monitor changes in EDMCS applications, including implementing versioning, and ensuring changes are properly documented.
- Reporting & Exports: Generate reports and exports from EDMCS to support data analysis and downstream reporting needs.
