What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Manager position at Vision Search Partners LLC?
Our client is building out their internal tax function! This is a newly created position with a highly successful and rapidly growing private equity backed specialty healthcare group. Highlights below:
- This highly visible role will report to the Director of Tax and will be a strategic financial partner to the Controller and CFO.
- Manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns (mostly partnership returns with some corporate filings).
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while supporting business goals and objectives.
- Ideal candidates will have at least five years of relevant experience with partnership tax returns and high volume K-1 experience within a corporate environment and/or public accounting firm.
