Rapidly-growing, private equity-backed roll-up expecting to triple in size in the next three to five years through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. The incoming Controller will build out the people, processes and systems to support this growth. Responsibilities include:
- Drive process improvement initiatives that leverage technology to increase efficiency, strengthen reporting and support better decision-making.
- Work closely with senior leadership on the financial integration of acquired businesses while helping establish consistent processes across the organization.
- Influence how the finance organization evolves by introducing best practices, improving workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.
