Our client is a prominent and highly successful financial services firm in lower Fairfield County, CT. They are in the process of implementing Oracle FCC as their core EPM for financial consolidation and seek to fully optimize their technology in support of further growth and acquisitions.
This highly visible Director of Financial Transformation role will drive the optimization and build out of Oracle FCC, and ultimately Oracle Fusion, and serve as the intersection between finance and technology. Highlights below:
- Own the administration and continuous improvement of all financial systems, work cross-functionally to enhance reporting, streamline close processes, and improve data integrity.
- Ensure core financial systems effectively support complex, multi-entity operations.
- Ideal candidates will have hands-on Oracle FCC experience and a keen understanding of accounting concepts and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field is required.
