What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and development of cloud and on-premise IT systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and effective change control processes.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the clinic's goals and objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with the executive team to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with clinic goals.
- Ensure all IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations, implementing robust security measures.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the EHR system to ensure efficient and secure patient data handling.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation.
What You’ll Bring
- 6 years of experience in IT operations, with 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success managing service desks, networks, hybrid data centers, and cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of Office 365 administration and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Experience with business intelligence and corporate reporting systems.
- Background in vendor management, project leadership, budgeting, and cross-department alignment.
- Strong communication and leadership presence—comfortable working with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive change while maintaining operational stability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing healthcare infrastructure in a compliance-focused industry.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and growing IT teams in fast-moving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
