Duties
- Interact with customers to schedule and intake cars for service
- Communicate with technicians
- Prepare estimates
- Order parts
- Manage parts inventory
- Audit work performed by technicians and prepare invoices for customer payment
- Be a customer contact throughout the repair process
Qualifications
- Three years proven administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with data entry platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to proofread documents accurately while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems and inventory management
