JOB DESCRIPTION

hiring a IT Project Manager to help deliver impactful technology initiatives from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and learning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a IT Project Manager you'll support project planning, coordination, and execution-helping ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, gaining valuable experience managing projects and developing leadership skills within an established PMO structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end project lifecycles for IT initiatives under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Help develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
• Track project progress and financial performance, providing updates and reports to leadership.
• Coordinate activities among developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to maintain project transparency and momentum.
• Use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage tasks, monitor progress, and support agile project delivery.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues, supporting proactive resolution and communication.
• Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and the continued growth of project delivery best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in IT project coordination, project support, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, and other project management tools.
• Basic understanding of project financials and reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification (or interest in pursuing).
