Network Engineer

Job Summary:

Computacenter is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support enterprise networking initiatives with a strong focus on Cisco routing, collaboration technologies (especially Zoom), and wireless infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Network Access Control (NAC), Cisco ISE, and Aruba wireless networking, along with practical experience in enterprise collaboration environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across multiple platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environments.
• Provide support for Zoom meetings and Zoom Room technologies, including Poly video endpoints.
• Manage Network Access Control policies and integrations through Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Conduct wireless network assessments, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize performance using HPE Aruba technologies (including heat maps and dead-spot analysis).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network and collaboration system performance.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in enterprise networking and collaboration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and HPE Aruba wireless networking.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, including enterprise-grade configurations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Zoom meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Poly video endpoints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications: Required certifications include support for Cisco ISE and Aruba; CCNA/CCNP preferred.
