IS Contracts Specialist

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Required Work Experience:

• 10 years of experience in:
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • IT procurement

Required Technologies:

• Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with contract tracking systems (ICD preferred)

Nice to Have:

• ICD system experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support full contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal
• Review business purchase requests, quotes, statements of work, and contract terms
• Manage and track contract renewals and deliverables
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (business owners and technology teams) to negotiate and execute renewals
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs
• Support contract meetings with documentation and reporting
• Identify potential compliance risks and ensure standards are met
