We are looking for a polished, energetic professional who excels at providing high-end customer service while maintaining a seamless flow for our practitioners. You will balance administrative efficiency with a warm, welcoming presence to ensure every client feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Manage the appointment calendar with precision, optimizing scheduling for various aesthetic treatments and consultations.
- Service Excellence: Greet clients upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and provide detailed information regarding our treatment menu and skincare products.
- Financial Handling: Process payments accurately, manage a daily cash drawer, and explain membership billing or financing options (like CareCredit) to clients.
- Operational Support: Maintain a pristine lobby environment and assist with light administrative tasks, including inventory tracking and medical record organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a high-end hospitality, retail, or medical office setting
