• :Must have Pega CSSA certification and Pega LSA-1 certification
• .Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• .10 years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks
• .Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega application
• sProficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning
• .Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL)
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• .Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into task
• sShould be able to support and guide the team
• .Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually
• .Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ client
• sMust be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need
• .Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD)
• .Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoin
• tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholder
