Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega Infinity applications. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in PEGA PRPC, DX APIs, integrations, and application governance, with the ability to mentor teams and drive high-quality outcomes in Agile environments.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills (Required Qualifications)
- 12 years of overall IT experience with 10 years designing and developing applications using PEGA PRPC / Pega Infinity technologies.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Pega application architecture, including:
- Case management
- Data modeling
- Integrations
- UI strategy
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing DX API-based front-end integrations for web and mobile channels using React, Angular, or similar UI frameworks.
- Exposure to Pega Constellation architecture and low-code fusion delivery models.
- Experience defining and governing application guardrails, reusable components, and performance standards.
- Strong experience building PEGA REST APIs and SOAP services.
- Experience consuming WSDLs and building JMS services/listeners.
- In-depth knowledge of PEGA authentication methods and experience implementing Pega IAC / Mashup solutions.
- Experience guiding and mentoring System Architects and Senior Developers, including conducting design and code reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required.
