We are a screen printing shop specializing in Custom Apparel Decoration, serving the Chicago land area for over 30 years. We're seeking a Customer Service Representative with office administration experience to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining our high standards of customer service by communicating with our customers about there day to day orders as well as helping problem solve any order related concerns.
Our office is located in Des Plaines, IL.
Job Responsibilities:
* Taking customer orders via phone or email and entering them into our production system
* Transcribing customer provided PO's and creating internal work orders for each order.
* Collaborating with the art department to clarify order details
* Ordering apparel
* Resolving customer issues and concerns
* Creating customer confirmations and invoices
* Help the production floor maintain schedule and help provide information useful for the successful completion of an order.
Desired Skills:
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
* Excellent customer communication skills
* Responsive to customer inquiries via email and phone
* Friendly and professional
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms
* QuickBooks knowledge is a huge plus but training is available
* Works well with various departments
* Able to work under pressure to meet customer satisfaction goals
* Responsible and punctual
