What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Product, Network Reporting Modernization position at Visa?
The Senior Director of Product, Network Reporting Modernization will lead Visa’s next-generation reporting strategy and product portfolio—transforming decades-old, stand-alone reporting into intelligent reporting experiences, self-service UIs, and API-enabled data subscriptions that help clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and FinTechs) access actionable insights when, how, and as fast as their business demands. This leader will define and deliver an AI-first reporting roadmap that embeds ML/GenAI-assisted insights, guided workflows, and intuitive UX to reduce client effort spent on manual reconciliation, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption of Visa’s data solutions.
In this role, you will future-proof reporting capabilities for emerging payment innovations—including agentic commerce, on-chain activity and stablecoins, and crypto-related use cases—by shaping a configurable data transformation and reporting engine that supports granular, field-level controls, real-time and streaming delivery options, and premium, customizable products. You will partner closely with Technology, Data Platforms, Network Processing/Modernization, Client Services, Risk & Compliance, Sales, and regional teams to deliver a unified reporting platform connected to the broader Visa portfolio, enabling easier onboarding, best-in-class usability, and new monetization models with an $800M revenue ambition.
