What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Analyst, Paid Media position at Visa?
The Marketing Analyst, Paid Media is part of the NA Go-To-Market Media team supporting Client Marketing media team through the development and execution of media campaigns focused on driving Client partner business results. This position fills a key role on the NA Marketing Client Marketing GTM team helping to grow the overall Client marketing business, as well as being a subject matter expert in media across the larger NA marketing org.
The Analyst must be able to thrive in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment. He/she/they will be results-oriented, flexible, and have a “can do”, positive attitude. Additionally, the Analyst must have a consistent track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external agency partners. The Analyst should be detail oriented and thoughtful when preparing materials for and communicating with clients of Visa.
Specific Responsibilities:
Manage paid media strategies for digital and non-digital client media programs (i.e., TV, display, social, and SEM) along with agency partners and Visa’s media team.
Support and work cross-functionally with Client Marketing leads, agency partners and internal Visa teams during media plan development, including prepping brief documents, creative production, analyzing media performance, and executing necessary optimizations.
Identify key opportunities to pitch media opportunities to clients, including ways to integrate clients into Visa’s sponsorship partnerships like NFL, Olympics, FIFA World Cup, and more.
Active participation in ideation and development of media POVs, test and learn opportunities, development of team media trainings, and custom, innovative media executions for Visa clients.
Manage status call meetings with agency partners, vendors, and platform partners.
Strong management of media plan, project timeline, finance, and budget tracker
Interest in client facing role and effective presentation skills.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
