Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Sales Training & Enablement Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with VAS go-to-market priorities.
- Create engaging training content, including playbooks, messaging guides, competitive positioning, and process documentation.
- Design and manage a structured training calendar covering onboarding, product launches, and ongoing development.
- Deliver programs tailored for both generalist and specialist sellers across Issuing, Acceptance, and Rais business lines.

Sales Process Enablement:
- Define and document sales processes, ensuring clarity on positioning, pricing, and selling VAS offerings.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure enablement programs align with seller workflows and priorities.
Demand Generation & Lead Process Support:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure sellers understand lead management and demand generation processes.
- Provide training on pipeline management best practices to improve conversion and efficiency.
Product Lifecycle Readiness:
- Support PLM activities by ensuring training content and enablement programs are aligned with product launch timelines.
- Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to incorporate new features and updates into training materials.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from sellers and managers to refine training programs and improve effectiveness.
- Use data and analytics to measure enablement impact and drive enhancements.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
