The Director, Issuing Solutions, Sales Executive is responsible for selling issuer payment processing services into medium to large financial institutions and negotiating contractual arrangements. Specifically, you’ll be a seller for Visa Issuing Solutions, one of Visa’s longest-standing value-added services we offer to financial institutions. This is an industry-leading business, that offers our banking partners simple payments processing capabilities, alongside knowledgeable Visa partners to help our clients stay at the forefront of the future of payments.
As a Director, Sales Executive for the Issuing Solutions team, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing sales strategies for US Financial Institutions. You’ll collaborate with a fantastic team to ensure our clients receive the very best of Visa. Your goal will be to increase revenues from existing accounts and win new accounts.
Essential Functions:
Create New Opportunities: You'll continuously review the client landscape to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to growing the Visa business.
Build Strong Relationships: You'll develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses and create customized account plans that help them grow their business.
Negotiate Contracts: You'll prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with financial institutions to help them use our payment processing services.
Obsess about Customers: You'll learn about all Visa has to offer to proactively pitch compelling solution sets that will help your clients maximize their payment portfolios.
Drive Innovation into the Market: You'll play a key role in helping marketing and product development launch new products in your territory.
Lead Courageously: You’ll use your expertise to contribute to the development of the overall functional strategy & annual goals
Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. This role will require travel up to 30% -40% and can be set up as a remote employee.
