We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales leadership team and help drive strategic growth across key market verticals. This is a highly analytical role focused on pipeline visibility, market intelligence, and sales performance insights
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to identify early-stage project opportunities, analyze market data, and bring clarity to the sales pipeline. Your research and insights will directly support smarter selling and stronger market focus in Healthcare, Behavioral Health, and Architectural Lighting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching and tracking early-stage construction and lighting projects using industry databases
- Analyzing market and sales data to highlight high-potential opportunities
- Improving pipeline visibility through clear reporting and organized tracking
- Identifying key specifying firms, design teams, and market trends
- Supporting forecasting, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration
- Sharing actionable insights that help sales teams focus on the best opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- A highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to turn information into insights
- Clear, effective communicator who collaborates well across teams

- Familiarity with Epicor or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred
