Job Description
- Lead the development and enhancement of a Loss Forecast Platform for CCAR and internal loss forecasting processes
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in retail credit risk and regulatory stress testing (CCAR)
- Bridge the gap between business needs, risk management requirements, and technical development teams
- Ensure delivery of a robust, scalable, and compliant risk platform
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature development
- Align product strategy with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories
- Act as the primary liaison between Risk, Finance, Technology, and other key stakeholders
- Capture and prioritize requirements for CCAR, retail loss forecasting models, and platform enhancements
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and continuously refined
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, regulatory urgency, and technical feasibility
- Work closely with Agile development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide clear guidance and clarify requirements during sprint cycles to ensure accurate implementation
- Ensure continuous alignment between development output and business expectations
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business and functional requirements
- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and compliance expectations
- Collaborate with model development and validation teams to integrate advanced forecasting models
- Support seamless integration of loss forecasting and risk models into the platform
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive improvements
- Track regulatory changes and ensure platform alignment with evolving compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency
