This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components and modifications. This position is responsible for workflow configurations, go-live support, and on-going client support. You are also responsible for configuring application settings and validating configurations. This position is a expert role in Epic Practice Management system products. As an Application Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Epic Wisdom applications. Epic Wisdom Implementation: Lead the end-to-end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT professionals, and business analysts, to gather requirements and customize the system accordingly. Familiarity with dental practices workflows particularly interaction of clinical users with scheduling and billing team, patient experiences within the organization Configuration and Customization: Configure Epic Wisdom modules to meet the specific needs and workflows of our healthcare organization. Implement customizations and enhancements to optimize system performance and usability. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new Epic Wisdom system. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams, empowering them to effectively manage and maintain the system post-implementation.
