Looking for compassionate Care provider for 35 year old mentally alert man with physical disability and mobile limitations.
Has mobility in Electric Wheelchair and needs part time assistance for Water Therapy two times per week. Need help transferring
from wheelchair to swim chair lift into pool and doing PT IN pool for 2 to 3 hrs two times per week at Kroc Center in Kapolei Hawaii.
Will meet at center 2x per week.
Also have a Bedroom available for reduced rent in exchange for PT Care. Applicant must have own health Insurance.
Salary : $200 - $250
