Overview

As a product marketing manager, you will be responsible for owning a marketing plan, assessing the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives, and act as the primary customer facing thought leader for speaking engagements and written works. You will be responsible for ensuring product’s success by communicating its unique value, driving demand, fostering customer adoption, and enabling revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on the AI security and compliance sector, including but not limited to email, digital ads, content marketing, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Define campaign goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
  • Design, implement, and monitor marketing experiments/splits (A/B testing, landing page comparisons, channel-specific strategies) to optimize performance.
  • Develop creative assets in collaboration with internal teams or agencies, ensuring messaging resonates in the AI security/compliance audience.
  • Perform campaign analytics: Gather, analyze, and interpret data on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Evaluate effectiveness: Regularly report on marketing ROI, conversion rates, lead generation, pipeline impact, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, cybersecurity, compliance regulations, and both B2B SaaS and enterprise marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate across functions: Work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams to ensure marketing aligns with product releases and regulatory changes.
  • Optimize the marketing automation stack: Suggest and deploy improvements to campaign workflows and data tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or cybersecurity/AI space.
  • Demonstrated success running integrated marketing campaigns and performing post-campaign analytics.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI, security, or compliance solutions and the challenges faced by enterprises in adopting these technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical topics into compelling, clear marketing messages.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; self-starter and detail-oriented.
