The Role
We are seeking a Technical Enterprise Account Executive who will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Virtue AI’s suite of security products. This is a highly consultative role requiring deep technical fluency in AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure—combined with exceptional sales acumen. You will work closely with Virtue AI leadership, product, and solutions engineering teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
This is a foundational role on our go-to-market team: you will set the tone for how Virtue AI sells, build repeatable sales motions, and influence both customer success and product strategy.

The Role
We are seeking a Technical Enterprise Account Executive who will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Virtue AI’s suite of security products. You will work closely with Virtue AI leadership, product, and solutions engineering teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales (prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and close) for Virtue AI’s security platform.
- Lead technical and business conversations with CISOs, Heads of AI/ML, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex AI security challenges (e.g., prompt injection, model exfiltration, data leakage, SOC-2/GRC compliance) into compelling business value.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Product teams to design custom enterprise deployments.
- Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and territories, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based executive relationships across enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, partnerships, and marketing to align customer needs with Virtue AI’s roadmap.
- Represent Virtue AI at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Contribute to building out Virtue AI’s sales playbooks, CRM processes, and pipeline management best practices.
- 7 years of enterprise sales experience with complex software/SaaS deals; at least 3 years selling security, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise IT architecture.
- Proven track record of closing $500k ACV deals with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
- Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical and business buyers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills—you can speak at the C-suite level and dive deep with technical teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by building processes from scratch.
