Responsibilities:
- Provide workstation software break fix support
- Implement IMAC - PC Install, Moves, Adds and Changes
- Loading images onto computers
- Asset recovery and tagging
- Printer maintenance and troubleshooting
- Supporting the Client Center (Tech Bar)
- IT service management updates
- Other client support duties needed to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assigned
