Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for various channels, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website updates.
- Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., Generative AI, product development, and cloud architecture) into accessible, value-driven narratives.
- Proofread and edit internal and external content to ensure absolute alignment with our corporate brand voice.
- Social Media Management & Execution
- Manage and maintain our organic presence across major social platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, as well as X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
- Own and maintain the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing cadence.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, actively engage with our community, and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Collateral Creation & Curation
- Design and curate marketing collateral, including pitch decks, sales one-pagers, brochures, event flyers, and email templates.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to gather insights and transform raw information into polished, client-ready assets.
- Handle basic graphic curation/design (using tools like Canva or Figma) and video clipping for social snippets.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on weekly/monthly performance metrics across social channels (engagement, follower growth, reach).
- Assist the team in analyzing content performance to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in content writing, social media management, or marketing execution. (B2B tech or agency experience is a massive plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage social media platforms for a professional, corporate brand.
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva (Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or HubSpot).
- A strong curiosity for technology, AI, and digital innovation.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
- A keen eye for detail—typos and formatting inconsistencies genuinely bother you.
