Key Responsibilities
- Validate management Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for assigned cost centers.
- Compare performance against budget, analyze variances, and identify root causes.
- Prepare and present month-end performance reports.
- Execute quarterly reforecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Support annual product road-mapping by consolidating project, revenue, cost, and launch data.
- Partner with Category Managers and Portfolio GMs to evaluate portfolio priorities and commercial trade-offs.
- Develop and maintain roadmap models, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Act as a trusted business partner by providing data-driven insights and financial recommendations.
- Prepare business cases for new products and perform scenario/what-if analysis.
- Support month-end financial reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to improve financial processes and develop scalable business decision tools.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is valued but not mandatory.
- Practical expertise, problem-solving ability, and delivering results are highly regarded.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, management reporting, and financial compliance.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Python and/or R, DAX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform (Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Azure SQL Server, and relational databases is an advantage.
- Curiosity to learn and apply AI and BI/modelling tools.
- Interest in automating FP&A processes and improving reporting efficiency.
- Ability to develop structured, repeatable workflows that reduce manual effort.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Growth mindset and willingness to take on challenging assignments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
