What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Partner – Infrastructure Clients position at Virtual Connect Solutions?
- Act as the primary liaison for infrastructure-focused clients, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and solutions.
- Develop account strategies aligned with client business objectives and IOPEX’s service portfolio.
- Provide consultative insights on infrastructure trends, positioning IOPEX as a trusted advisor.
- Manage escalations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with client expectations.
- 10 years of experience in client management, account growth, and IT infrastructure services.
- Proven track record of handling projects for Palo Alto, Cisco, or similar large infrastructure technology clients.
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with US-based enterprise clients and global delivery models.
- Exposure to domains such as telecom, BFSI, healthcare, or technology infrastructure.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
