Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Set up and configure a merchandise store on Printerval.com.
- Upload artwork and designs to various print-on-demand products.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, tags, and categories.
- Ensure product information is accurate and visually appealing.
- Organize and maintain product catalogs.
- Monitor product listings and update them as needed.
- Promote products organically on Facebook and Instagram.
- Create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Research relevant trends, hashtags, and communities to expand organic reach.
- Assist in growing the brand’s social media presence and customer engagement.
- Track completed uploads and product listings.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates.
- Recommend improvements to product listings and marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably with print-on-demand platforms.
- Experience creating and managing product listings.
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are an advantage.
- Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Printify, Printful, Printerval, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
