Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with current trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
- Create and manage a content calendar for client review and approval.
- Monitor analytics to understand what works, what doesn’t, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community-building activities.
- Create visually compelling social media posts, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with the client to brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar applications to produce high-quality video content.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets optimized for each platform.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and other enhancements to improve viewer retention.
- Understand marketing principles and apply them to content creation and distribution.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for growth through new content formats, collaborations, or platform features.
- Work closely with the client to align on goals, messaging, and brand direction.
- Proactively suggest ideas, improvements, and new content opportunities.
- Maintain organized files, assets, and project timelines to ensure smooth workflow.
- Proven experience in social media management and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to create engaging graphics and visual content.
- Strong marketing awareness and ability to identify what content performs well.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
