About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. In this critical leadership role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, manage, and—when necessary—terminate sales staff
- Set and enforce individual sales quotas and team performance benchmarks
- Monitor sales metrics and pipeline health; report regularly to executive leadership
- Implement systems, tools, and processes to improve sales efficiency and accountability
- Coach team members to improve performance and close rates
- Collaborate with executive leadership on sales strategy and market positioning
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams
- 3 years in a sales management or sales operations role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with sales tools/CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Results-driven with a passion for building accountable, high-output teams
