Data Center - Senior Project Manager - EPC
Our client is seeking an experienced Data Center, Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale EPC, design-build, EPCM, and construction projects within the power and mission-critical infrastructure sectors. This leadership role is responsible for the overall execution of projects, including scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal efforts and provide technical leadership during preconstruction and project execution.
- Develop project delivery strategies that optimize design, constructability, cost, and schedule.
- Support business development activities through technical expertise and client engagement.
- Direct the execution of EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, and Construction Management projects.
- Maintain overall accountability for project performance, including financial results and contractual obligations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, change orders, cash flow, risk mitigation, and recovery planning.
- Ensure compliance with established project management processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate consultant and subcontractor agreements as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and associated documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop project staff while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Foster a strong culture centered on safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Perform additional leadership responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- 8 years of experience in engineering and construction within an EPC
