hybrid role is based in Urbandale, IA, with a requirement of
working at least three days per week in the office. This

professional who excels at consultative sales,

leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs,
and presenting appropriate insurance solutions.

Develop and manage a prioritized prospect list to support ongoing outreach and follow‑up.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and move prospects through each stage.
Build internal relationships with other sales professionals to share best practices.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Stay current on sales techniques, product updates, and evolving business conditions.
Requirements
What
You Need to Have
Active Property & Casualty License
Consultative sales approach
2–3 years of commercial insurance experience
Strong communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building skills
