Position
SummaryVirginia Transformer is seeking a Property Manager – Manufacturing Assets & Facilities to oversee the management, utilization, maintenance, and strategic planning of company-owned manufacturing assets, facilities, and capital equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring the company's physical assets—including buildings, manufacturing machinery, robotics systems, automation equipment, utilities, and infrastructure—are properly maintained, documented, optimized, and aligned with business obj
ectives.
The Property Manager will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, Finance, and the Robotics & Automation team to maximize asset performance, improve facility utilization, support capital projects, and protect the company's investments across multiple manufacturing l
ocations.
This position will be based in Roanoke, Virginia and will support facilities and operations throughout the United States a
nd Mexico.

- t ManagementDevelop and maintain an enterprise-wide inventory of real estate , facilities , manufacturing assets, equipment, machinery, robotics systems, and facility inf
- rastructure.Track asset utilization, condition, lifecycle status, maintenance history, and replaceme
- nt planning.Maintain surplus equipment assets list and redeploy where needed. If no use, refurbish/repurpose, auction
- or dispose.Establish asset management standards, processes, and report
- ing systems.Partner with Finance on depreciation schedules, capital asset tracking, and asset audits. Track and report to leadership on actual vs. projected ROI to ensure accountability and continuous
improvement.
