Duties
- Plan and execute engaging practice sessions focused on routine work, stunts, tumbling, conditioning and choreography.
- Coach athletes on proper technique and safety to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Help organize team competitions, performances, and community outreach events and clinics to showcase the program’s talent.
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among team members while encouraging leadership development.
Experience
- COACHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (All-Star, High School, College preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
- Consistent ability to maintain a positive working environment and enthusiasm for cheerleading.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
