About You And The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in transforming groundbreaking research into actionable technology? We are seeking a dynamic technology transfer professional with a passion for emerging tech across scientific disciplines to join our team and work collaboratively with our partners at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and other DoD agencies. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will involve assessing early-stage technology to identify those primed for transition and commercialization, identifying potential partners and funding opportunities to accelerate the development, and then facilitating matchmaking. You will work closely with our analytics and outreach teams to build and maintain a pipeline of technologies and prospective partners. You will craft strategies customized to the unique challenges of accelerating the transition of basic research to higher technology readiness levels and develop pathways for commercialization of the most promising technologies.
