Job Description

YRCI is seeking a full-time Transition Lead Specialist to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:

• Partner with the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy PM with the planning, approach and coordination of the service implementation through go-live.
• Possess extensive knowledge of what is required to perform a Human Resources (HR) Payroll, Processing, and Benefits (PP&B) services transition across operations and technology, preferably in both the commercial and federal environments.
• Work closely with other DOC private and public partners to deliver integrated service to customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years Shared Services Design or Implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Manage identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues to the program.
  • Work across customer stakeholders in support of services transition
  • Continuous consideration for our customer bureaus.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Federal HR experience.
