Job Duties
This position provides full range of legal and administrative support to 2- 4 litigation attorneys, including typing, proofreading and formatting legal documents, briefs and correspondence, filing, answering telephones, responding to citizen inquiries, creating/maintaining legal databases, managing docket/correspondence control for attorneys and record keeping. Duties may include backup responsibilities for case management database.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in the following computer based systems is desired but not required: LawBase, Excel, and Netdocs.

- Proficient in MS Word, encompassing the preparation of litigation documents including briefs, memoranda and correspondence.
- Workload demands typing skill of at least 65-70 wpm.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work proficiently in an intense, litigation-deadline environment.
- In addition, candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a team player in covering the work of others when the situation demands.
