Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day program support to staff and participants across Virginia Family Services programs.
- Provide professional support and great customer service
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients and staff to orientations, appointments, and program activities.
- Maintain ongoing communications regarding updates or changes.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Assist with facility upkeep, including cleanliness, safety, and readiness of common areas and meeting spaces.
- Perform safety and security checks throughout the day and before end-of-shift to ensure a secure environment.
- Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in human services, facility support, or transportation preferred.
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
