Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative conversations.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and provide support during claims.
- Stay current on industry trends and carrier offerings.
- Serve clients from our existing book of business and by bringing in new prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health license is a plus).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office.
