Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties satisfactorily:
- Answer multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately schedules appointments for multiple clinical sites according to protocols established by the company. Works to ensure that scheduled appointments will not interfere with the timely running of each office location.
- Gathers and enters patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system to facilitate the pre-registration process.
- Routes complex or clinical issues to the appropriate person/supervisor.
- Assists in training new employees/co-workers.
- Team Building - promotes and displays a cohesive working environment.
- Other duties may also be assigned.
