ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Register and verify Insurance for non-invasive charges. (Approx. 100 charges a day)

·         Create encounter and enter charges with ICD-10 and CPT codes.

·         Run Claim Edits

·         Back up Patient Keeper holding tank charges

·         Verify demographic and Insurance for hospital E/M charges.

·         Crosswalk charges for location and/or place of service.

·         Register and verify Insurance for PadNet charges monthly. (Approx. 20 charges per month)

·         Create encounter and enter charges with ICD-10 and CPT codes.
