Job Description
Processing cannabis material for a variety of uses requires a passion for the industry, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow directions closely. This role includes using machinery to process plant material, trimming and separating B buds, converting processed plant material into quality pre-roll material while maintaining close communication with pre-roll specialists, accurately labeling and packaging finished material, weighing and reporting inventory, and occasionally assisting with order fulfillment.
This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to complete daily reporting tasks in accordance with OLCC regulations and company policies. Attendance, reliability, and flexibility are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lift up to 30 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Operate simple machinery while processing cannabis flower.
- Process plant material efficiently while maintaining high product quality standards.
- Manage the project schedule.
- Process smalls and prepare product for retail and wholesale markets.
- Assist with product preparation and packaging.
- Maintain clean and sanitized production areas and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or batch weights.
- Ensure daily compliance with company policies.
- Accurately weigh material and report inventory data.
- Maintain strong attention to numbers, organization, and detail.

- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shift)
