If you have an outgoing/pleasant personality and are a dependable, self-starter, you may be the perfect person to help drive our front desk/call in experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with enthusiasm; creating a friendly, welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Check patients in and/or out collecting the necessary paperwork and payments.
- Drives patient flow.
- Answer phones and interact with callers in a manner that leaves them glad they called Virdi Eye Clinic.
- Schedule patients appropriately.
- Verify insurance eligibility and co-payments.
- Common office tasks.
- Multitasking is essential.
