We are looking for an experienced Project Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. The Project Estimator will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing project costs and ensuring that all estimates are within budget. Responsibilities:
- Prepare take offs and cost estimates for projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the cost of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Research and compare prices of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Develop a budget for the project based on the estimated costs.
- Prepare reports detailing the estimated costs of a project.
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure that costs remain within the estimated budget.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
