Your Number One Priority Is Always Safety—both FAA And Republic's Own Guidelines. But Beyond That, You'll Shape The Onboard Experience Every Single Day. Here's a Glimpse Of What Your Time In The Air Will Look Like

• Being the go-to person for passenger comfort and security, from the moment they step onboard until they reach their destination.
• Staying sharp on all emergency procedures and equipment, from operating exits to handling gear that requires up to 70 pounds of force.
• Serving food and beverages, which involves pushing and pulling carts weighing over 250 pounds—so physical strength and teamwork are essential.
• Helping travelers stow carry-on bags, lifting up to 35 pounds with a smile.
• Keeping the cabin organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the flight.
• Working closely with your crew to ensure on-time performance, meeting report times, departure deadlines, and quick turnarounds.
• Handling inflight sales and promotional duties as needed.
• Stepping in to support customer service staff with passenger needs when necessary.
• Maintaining reliable attendance and presenting a professional, polished image in full uniform at all times.

What You Bring to the Table?

We're looking for people who are ready to commit to a dynamic, fast-paced role. Here are the must-haves:

• High school diploma or GED, plus at least two years of customer service experience.
• At least 20 years of age by the time of your first interview.
• Polished interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to serve beverages and handle peanuts, meals containing shellfish, seafood, beef, and pork.
• Comfort working around animals and various allergens.
• Ability to reach and operate all emergency equipment—you'll need a wingspan of approximately 55 inches or greater.
• Ability to sit in the Flight Attendant jump seat with the seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without any extender or modification.
• No visible tattoos on the face, neck, or hands while in uniform. Multiple piercings are also not permitted when in uniform.
• Fluency in English, including the ability to shout clear verbal commands during emergencies.
• Strong reasoning skills: you must stay calm and think quickly during medical emergencies, decompression events, evacuations, fires, security threats, passenger disturbances, or turbulence.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, stoop, crouch, squat, climb, kneel, and move effectively in a confined aircraft environment.
• Vision correctable to 20 feet or more, and the ability to hear clearly over ambient aircraft and passenger noise.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Ready to travel up to 100% of the time and relocate based on operational needs.

• Additional years of customer service experience, especially in aviation.
