Responsibilities include assisting passengers with lifting and stowing luggage, attending to individuals needing special assistance, and preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages. You must maintain a professional appearance and respond effectively in emergency situations, including implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passengers during evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance such as CPR and first aid.
