Here's What a Typical Day Might Look Like
- Welcoming guests with warmth – You'll greet everyone as they board, help with seating and luggage, answer questions, and stay available throughout the flight for anything our guests might need.
- Keeping kindness front and center – Every guest should feel valued and appreciated, especially when travel gets stressful. You'll bring empathy and humanity to every interaction.
- Protecting safety above all – From pre-flight checks to emergency procedures, you'll maintain a safe environment for guests and crew alike. That includes administering first aid if needed and conducting security screenings.
- Staying cool under pressure – Delays, turbulence, tight connections, or an anxious passenger? You'll handle it all with grace and composure.
- Working as a true team player – You'll communicate openly, collaborate closely, and treat your fellow crew members with the same kindness you show guests.
- Remaining flexible – Schedules can shift due to weather, operations, or other unexpected factors. You'll roll with it.
- Keeping current and compliant – You'll stay on top of FAA regulations, company procedures, and ongoing training requirements.
- Looking and acting the part – Professional appearance and etiquette matter, whether you're in the cabin or out.
- Serving meals and beverages – Including alcohol, always practicing the highest hygiene standards. You'll also maintain cabin and galley cleanliness, even in tight quarters.
- Using technology with ease – You'll be comfortable explaining and using Breeze's inflight technology to guests.
- Giving clear instructions – Including emergency and evacuation procedures, to guests who may or may not speak English.
- Completing specialized training – Including Autism Awareness Training, so you can support all guests with understanding and patience.
- Controlling your emotions – Even under high stress, you'll act appropriately and professionally.
- Following all travel regulations – As required by the FAA and DOT.

What You'll Need to Be Successful?
We're looking for people who meet the basics and then bring that extra something—a genuine desire to serve, solve problems, and stay kind no matter what.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance (no strict minimum height, but you must be able to perform this task)
- Able to sit and buckle securely into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin (no strict maximum height)
- Neat, well-groomed, and able to make a positive impression
- Service-oriented to your core
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently (you may need to communicate safety instructions to non-English speakers)
- Able to pass vision and hearing tests
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and a Breeze background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
- Valid passport with at least six months remaining at the time of application (this is firm)
- Able to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willing to relocate based on operational needs, if applicable
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to report to your assigned base for assigned trips
- Able to work "Reserve Assignment" in your base
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong drive
- Nose piercings are allowed: single 2mm or smaller stud only (silver, gold, or gemstone). No hoops. No other facial piercings.
- No teeth embellishments while in uniform
- Maximum of two earrings per ear while in uniform
- Tattoos may be visible if they follow company guidelines (details provided during selection)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to read announcements clearly and give emergency commands in English
- Ability to turn challenges into solutions
- Ability to think independently while collaborating as part of a team
- Ability to work without direct supervision when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (e.g., luggage)
- Ability to close overhead bins with approximately 50 pounds of push/pull force
- Ability to assist disabled passengers into and out of the inflight wheelchair and transport them as needed
- Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts up and down inclines with approximately 60 pounds of force
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong problem-solving, complaint resolution, and conflict de-escalation skills
- Monthly guarantee: 37.5 flying hours per month
- Location requirement: You must live within a two-hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport
- Training: You must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training (training is paid)
- Selection process: You must interview and be selected, of course

- Pay: Hourly rates between $25 and $37.50 (based on experience and scale)
